Summer Tryouts are available for upcoming 8th Graders
and Bona-fide WGHS Transfer students only.

Forms that have to be completed & approved "cleared" on PRIVIT: SEE INSTRUCTIONS for PRIVIT below.
This is a PDF hard copy, you can print and take to your doctor. You will have to SCAN & UPLOAD onto PRIVIT.
Regardless if it is on PRIVIT, if it is expired - YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT.

Friendly reminder::: Even if you are already on PRIVIT, you must join the "23-24 Cheerleading" Sport to make your paperwork visible for tryouts.
- GHSA Pre-participation/History Form (This is NOT your physical, but must also be completed.)
- GHSA Heat Policy Form
- GHSA Concussion Awareness Form
- GHSA Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
- WCPS Release or Insurance Form
- WCPS Alternative Transportation Liability Acknowledgement Form

Tryout Clinics: ***There are NO clinics for summer tryouts.
Candidates are encouraged to learn all material found online (this webpage) prior to arriving to clinics/tryouts.

- Per GHSA: Hair out of face; No jewelry/piercings; Short Nails; No polish; No gum.
*Results will be posted online ONLY on this website.

Stunting techniques
