Due Wednesday, March 25, 2026 by 11:59PM (it is timestamped).
(They will be directly turned in to the coaches via the teachers).
You will need 3 of these; they are factored into your final tryout score. I would recommend asking more than 3 teachers to ensure you have 3. Remember if you cheered at a different school last year, one recommendation must be from your previous cheerleading coach.

Regardless if it is on PRIVIT, if it is expired - YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRYOUT.

- GHSA Concussion Awareness Form
- GHSA Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
- WCPS Release or Insurance Form
- WCPS Alternative Transportation Liability Acknowledgement Form
