Coach Milligan is from Winder, GA where she cheered from age 6 to 18. At Apalachee High School, Coach Milligan was a member of the Varsity Football and Basketball cheerleading squads. 

Coach Milligan graduated from Georgia Southern University in December of 2023 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with emphasis in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She is currently in her first year of teaching Marketing at WGHS and is currently pursuing a Masters of Art in Teaching (Marketing Education) degree from Middle Georgia State University. She is also the WGHS DECA chapter advisor.

In her free time, Coach Milligan enjoys attending concerts, playing pickleball, traveling, and going to the gym!
